Our 1000 series 5.7 short block is the logical next step up from the 5.3.We utilize the same 5.3 core and bore the block to 3.898” and use a forged flat top piston.Taking the bore from 3.780” to 3.898” really wakes up the platform.Take a look at the camshafts we recommend for this build or let us know what camshaft you want in yours.This is a great platform for power adders such as nitrous or boost, or even an all out N/A build.
