Each block starts with a seasoned GM Gen 3 or 4 Iron 6.0L foundation, then undergoes our proprietary machining process on state-of-the-art Rottler CNC equipment.  These blocks get fully machined (Zero Decked, Bored to your specification and Torque Plate Honed at our facility using seasoned GM engine blocks on our Rottler CNC machines. 

In any high-performance engine, crankshaft stability is critical. During our machining process we cut the main caps and precisely resize the main bores to restore perfect housing bore geometry.

This ensures the crankshaft is supported by perfectly round, perfectly aligned bearing bores, which improves:

• Bearing life
• Oil film stability
• Crankshaft support under high load
• Long-term durability in high horsepower applications

Whether you're building a street monster or an all-out competition engine, our flexible options accommodate bore sizes from 4.00" all the way to 4.060", giving you maximum flexibility for your specific displacement goals.
